No, the monthly Town fee for solid waste (trash, recycle, yard waste, etc.) has not changed. However, we understand some people have seen other amounts on their bills from MLGW.
We are assured those amounts are to correct previous billing errors; however, should you think your average 1-year Solid Waste cost exceeds our rate - give Town Hall a call and we'll research your records.
Our LED streetlight conversion is underway and roughly 55% of Town lights have been now been converted. They started with more commercial roads, but you may now see Ameresco staff working in our residential neighborhoods.

SCSO recently made an arrest for multiple vandalism events in Forrest Street Park.
Town Parks are intended for all our residents to use and enjoy. An act of vandalism can take that amenity away, costing the community time and money to repair.
The new Walk with Ease program starts APRIL 8th! This program is designed for ALL ADULTS —not just seniors.
