A reminder as the leaves are falling - the Town does not offer leaf vacuum services (although some private companies will do this). If you hire somebody to collect your leaves, be sure to keep them on your property and not blow leaves into the street. Leaves clog storm drains and can cause bigger problems like flooding and erosion along drainage creeks.
The Town wishes everyone a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday! We'd also like to share a couple Schedule Changes this week to Remember:
1. Town Facilities will be closed on Thursday & Friday to allow employees to enjoy time with friends and family.
2. Trash Service will not run on Thanksgiving Day. As such, Thursday & Friday collection will be shifted 1 day and picked up on Friday & Saturday instead.
Get in the holiday spirit this Sunday at the Arlington Tree Lighting! 🎄
See the lights, listen to the Bartlett Area Chorus, write letters to Santa, enjoy treats from vendors, visit the historic post office & museum, and more. Plus...special guests Santa & the Grinch will be on hand!

Clogged or blocked inlets can slow drainage in your neighborhood. And slow drainage can lead to flooding.
