Tennis Facility Outline
The Town is seeking a qualified architect or consultant team to provide a design and construction ready documents for a Public Tennis Complex to include: six (6) courts, two future court areas, grading, drainage, landscaping, lighting, restrooms, signage, fencing, and all ancillary apparatus.
The Team is expected to work closely with the Town's planning and engineering team, and will utilize the Town;s Design Guidelines Manual (2008) and the Town's recently adopted Design Standards (2017) as a foundation for all proposed improvements.
