The Town of Arlington Board of Mayor and Alderment will hold Public Hearings at their regular meeting at 6:30pm on December 2, 2019 at Town Hall to discuss the following:
- A request to Rezone 2.8 acres on the east side of Airline Road, south of Hayes Road, from E:Estate to SC: Shopping Center.
- A request to amend the Center at Hayes Crossing Planned Development which includes the modification of permitted uses on 0.7 acres of the PD from Office to Neighborhood Commercial with limitations.
- A request to Rezone 2.8 acres on the east side of Airline Road, south of Hayes Road, from E:Estate to SC: Shopping Center.
