What you need to know:
No membership Required - we want all adults of all ages and abilities to participate.
When: May 12th - June 20th (Weather Permitting)
Where: The Crossing Amphitheater; 12121 Forrest St
Flexible times: MWF, 8:30 am or 6:00 pm
Set your own pace: you can choose how far and how long you want to walk. We will also have additional balance and coordination exercises.
Educational: along with warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches, we'll add in educational content from Walk with Ease.
Stay connected: If you can't make all 3 days each week - we'll keep in touch to encourage your goals.
