NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXCEED
CERTIFIED TAX RATE
The Town of Arlington will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. on the Town’s intent to exceed the certified property tax rate. The public hearing will be at Town Hall, 5854 Airline Road, Arlington, Tennessee. The certified tax rate as defined by T.C.A. 67-5-1701 is $1.157116 per $100 of assessed valuation. The town’s proposed FY 2022 budget, if adopted, will require a proposed tax levy of $1.28 per $100 of assessed value.
