Pursuant to the Municipal Charter of the Town of Arlington the Following notice is given:
Ordinance 2022-10 to amend the Town of Arlington zoning map by rezoning a portion of Lots1 and 2 of the Hwy 70 Commercial subdivision totaling 2.4 acres on the West side of Hwy 70 approximately 380 ft South of Lamb Rd from RS-18: Low Density Residential to SC: Shopping Center Commercial.
Passed on second and final reading on August 1, 2022. The Ordinance will be in effect at the time of publication, copies are on file at Town Hall, 5854 Airline Rd., Arlington, TN for review.
