The Town of Arlington Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 pm on Monday November 21, 2022, at Town Hall, 5854 Airline Rd, to consider:
a REZONE of 5352 Airline Rd, east side of Airline Rd. approx. 460 ft north of Milton Wilson Blvd. This lot will be heard to rezoned from E: Estate to SC: Shopping Center.
an Amendment of Arlington Zoning Ordinance Chapter 2 Definitions, section 2.1, and Chapter 4 Zoning Districts, Bulk Regulations and Uses, Sections 4.8, and 4.9 – adding language concerning Short Term Vacation Rentals.
an Amendment of Arlington Zoning Ordinance Chapter 2 Definitions, Section 2.1, and Chapter 4 Zoning Districts, Bulk Regulations and Uses, Sections 4.8 and 4.9 – clarification of permitted zoning districts for convenience stores with or without gasoline stations and adding language defining conditions of use for the use type.
an Amendment of Arlington Zoning Ordinance Chapter 2 Definitions, section 2.1, and Chapter 4 Zoning Districts, Bulk Regulations and Uses, section 4.7, 4.8, and 4.10, - creating an Interstate Commerce Overlay District (ICOD) governing locations of interstate support uses along with regulations governing uses within overlay district.
