Adults of ALL ages are welcome to join us for a FREE Community Walking Program! This program is for both beginner and experienced fitness levels. Our goal is to foster connections through better health to help our community thrive!
What you need to know:
No membership Required - we want all adults to participate, not just seniors.
When: several 6-week courses throughout the year.
Where: Weather permitting~we'll meet at two locations. Please call or email to find out which location.
Flexible times: Please call or email for current dates and times.
Set your own pace: you can choose how far and how long you want to walk. We will partner up - so no one has to walk alone.
Educational: along with warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches, we'll add in educational content from Walk with Ease.
Stay connected: If you can't make all 3 days each week - we'll keep in touch to encourage your goals.
