Community Garden Patrons
The Town of Arlington is embarking on some exciting improvements to Forrest Street Park and the adjacent Forrest Street Campus as we continue to implement the vision for this area. Construction for Forrest Street Park portion will begin Monday, July 30, 2018. The Forrest Street Campus portion of the project will begin in the fall.
We will make every effort to maintain the existing asphalt drive access, to allow you to access to the Community Garden for your Summer harvest. However, as work continues it will be necessary to close the Garden for Fall Crops due to the volume of construction machinery and activity, to ensure everyone’s safety.
Every effort will be made to ensure the Community Garden is ready for Spring planning on schedule.
