A rash of burglaries have been reported to the Sheriff's office from neighborhoods south of I-40. All thefts took place from unlocked vechicles and valuables such as purses, laptops, various electronics and personal items were stolen. The Shebly County Sheriff's office has asked that all citizens please remember to lock their vechicles and remove valuables. Please report any suspicious acitivity immediately.
