Ordinance 2022-10 to Amend the Town of Arlington zoning map by rezoning a portion of lots 1 and 2 of the Hwy 70 Commercial Subdivision totaling 2.4 acres on the west side of Hwy 70 approximately 380 ft. south of Lamb Rd from RS-18:  Low Density Residential to SC:  Shopping Center Commercial.
