We're Starting a monthly class series with master gardeners! This month's topic is on herb gardens. We'll learn how to grow and use herbs in everyday cooking.

Homeschool Field Trip! Birding Hike
April 15th at 10:00
at Shelby Farms
Homeschool families are invited to join us on another field trip! This month we will enjoy a ranger-led birding hike at Shelby Farms. Hopefully we'll meet some migratory birds along the way.

Self Defense Class
April 11th from 1:00-2:30
at the library
Join us for another women's self defense class taught by Sensei Wendy of MidSouth Okinawan Karate! Each participant will leave with a new perspective on self-defense concepts. Ages 13 and up.

LFA Spring Book Sale!
During Arlington in April (April 25th from 10:00-3:00)
In front of the Senior Center in Depot Square.
Help support the library at the Library Friends of Arlington's Spring Book Sale! Come meet us outside the Senior Center (6265 Chester Street, Arlington, TN 38002) during Arlington in April for great deals on books, audiobooks, DVDs, and more! Proceeds help support the great programs at our library!

Preschool Storytime
Tuesdays at 10:30
Every Tuesday we enjoy stories, songs, counting, and dancing! We also sneak in lots of early literacy and social skill building. Come listen to stories and stay for playtime afterwards!
The program is designed to build early language & literacy foundations in toddlers and pre-school children ages 5 and under.
Toddler Art Studio
2nd Thursdays at 10:30
April 9th: Self Portrait Art
Bring your little one to the library for creative fun! On 2nd Thursdays, we'll do a different art project perfect for toddlers.
Crafternoons
New time! Wednesdays at 4:00
Come hangout and craft with other homeschoolers! We will complete a different art project each week.

Builder's Club
Thursdays at 4:00
We're taking a break from STEM to have hour-long LEGO time! Test your LEGO skills and build with friends. Every week we will play a different LEGO game or do a build challenge!
Children under 5 must be supervised.

Stuffie Sleepover
This month's drop off: Thursday, April 2nd
Pick up: Monday, April 6th (after 12:00)
Ever wonder what your stuffies do at night? Drop them off for a sleepover at the library and we'll see what they get up to. At pick up time, kids will get a photo booklet that shows what their stuffed animal did at the sleepover.

This book chat is for all adult ages to share about our current book selection, what you're currently reading, or what you've read.
We encourage sharing all reviews and suggestions for other members of the group. Great way to reconnect, meet people, make new friends, and add great book ideas to your reading list.
Book club is the last Wednesday of every month at 1:30.
