No.  Arlington residents must register to vote through the Shelby County Election Commission, who provides both online and paper application options.

To obtain vehicle tags, please contact the Shelby County Clerk's Office, Motor Vehicle Division. 

To obtain a marriage license in Shelby County, you must contact the Shelby County Clerk.   License fees, applications, and locations where you can apply are all found on the Clerk's Marriage License page. 

Yes, in many cases, but it depends on several factors. Initial license information is available on the Business License page.  Contact Town Hall at 901-867-2620 and they can guide you, based on the type of business you have.

The Town does allow for "Home Occupations" or a business in the home; however, there are several restrictions and guidelines on the types of uses allowed, employees, appearance, signage, utilities and more.  See Chapter 4 of the Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.11: Regulations Governing Home Occupations.
