The Arlington Senior Citizens Center opened in the fall of 2003 to serve as a gathering place for Arlington's Senior Citizens. The building is a replica of Arlington's original railroad depot station from the late 1800's known as "Withe Depot". Seniors (ages 50 and over) meet at the center to enjoy each other's company in a variety of ways. Check out the monthly calendars below. Our bodies were meant to move. Exercise not only helps us physically but it also helps us to stay sharp mentally and plays a critical role in promoting healthy aging and managing chronic illness. We offer exercise on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Please check the calendar for more information.

It is important to stay up to date on topics that affect you in these ever-changing times. We offer FREE "Lunch and Learn" programs in health, safety, technology and art. Each month we have a new engaging and informative speaker.
We have speakers from the Attorney General Office of the Tennessee Attorney General Public Protection Section, Department of Veterans Services, First Citizens National Bank, St. Francis Hospital, Baptist Hospital, Methodist Hospital and more! Music & Dancing
Join us on Tuesdays beginning at 12:00 p.m.! We have a variety of entertaining musicians that volunteer their time with us. We also have Line Dancing on certain Tuesdays. Please check the calendar for more details!
Be inspired with this friendly group! It is a relaxed environment and we enjoy discussing a variety of genres. Our discussions are led by the wonderful Sam T. Wilson librarian, Molly Antoine.
