  Phase 1A of the Villages at White Oak consists of 32  single-family lots and 3 open space lots. Lots in Phase 1A will have homes with minimum heated s.f. ranging from 2,450 to 2,700. Phase 1B is also located on the east side of Milton Wilson, adjacent to the Villages at White Oak PD, and includes 36 single-family lots and 2 open space lots.   Lots in Phase 1B will have homes with a minimum heated s.f. of 2,250.
